DAY-WISE ITINERARY
Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara
Upon your arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be warmly greeted and transported to Wilson Airport for a scenic 45-minute flight to the Masai Mara. After landing in the Masai Mara, enjoy a short game drive as you make your way to Ilora Retreats, where a delicious lunch awaits. In the afternoon, go on an exhilarating game drive, witnessing the diverse wildlife that calls this iconic landscape home. As dusk approaches, return to the camp for drinks and stories around the campfire, followed by a sumptuous dinner. Drift off to sleep to the enchanting sounds of the Masai Mara.
Day 2: Masai Mara Game Reserve
Begin your day with a refreshing yoga session or gym in the midst of wild and various experiences like birdwatching or bush walks. After this, enjoy a bush breakfast amidst nature and can opt for a morning game drive.
For lunch, savor our farm-to-table cuisine before spending the afternoon resting, enjoying our on-demand spa (optional at additional cost), or participating in a village visit or community work (optional). Experience high tea accompanied by a tribal dance performance before heading out for another game drive. Return to the camp in the early evening for a sundowner experience on the sky deck or outside, followed by a dinner featuring a BBQ. Conclude your day with stargazing or enjoying the open bar under the night sky.
Day 3: Departure
On your final day, wake up early and go on an early morning game drive at sunrise, followed by a hearty breakfast at Ilora Retreats. If you’re departing in the afternoon, there’s an opportunity for one more game drive and a delicious lunch at the camp. After lunch, you will be transferred to the airstrip for your flight back to Nairobi. As you journey onward, reminisce about your memories of Masai Mara at Ilora Retreats.
